Only nonprofit organizations related to the fields of health, education, recreation, and culture are allowed to lease the available office space. The kitchen space can be leased to a for-profit operator. Amenities include an on-site child care center, the Butterfield Gym, and the McConnell Fitness Center (fitness center memberships are available to tenants at a reduced rate).
